Returnd Policy
You have up to ten (10) days from its reception to return a product to Ophelie Hats for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return.
The product or products must be returned at the following address.

If you still have the original packaging, you simply go to your local post office and mark the package Return to Sender.
For non-defective item:
You must cover the shipping fees and the inherent risks for a returned item.
For defective items:
In the case where an item is defective, it will be exchange for a new copy of the same item. If Ophelie Hats has delivered the wrong item, Ophelie Hats will ship the correct one. In both cases, Ophelie Hats will cover the fees associated with the delivery and the risks as long as the return is completed Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service.
Upon receiving the returned items, all amounts withdrawn from your credit card for Ophelie Hats except for the shipping fees, will be credited as quickly as possible, under the condition that the products associated with the return and shipped back by you and received by Ophelie Hats in the same condition as when they were shipped and received by you.
